Our "Stepping Stones" campaign helps raise funds for updates to Hope for Wildlife's facilities.

Stepping Stones

In 2014, our "Stepping Stones" campaign was introduced to help with big projects like the much-needed construction of a new barn, which would house our offices, intern bunkhouse, small mammal nurseries, flight cage, food storage, prep kitchen, and more.

Completed in 2016, this building replaced the more-than-100-year old barn previously in use, which had no running water, no heat, leaky windows, and had been deemed unsalvageable.

Stepping Stones are placed in various locations at Hope for Wildlife, seen here at the entrance of the "new barn," completed in 2016 with the help of many generous donations.

While there is still work to be done, we are grateful to be working toward being better able to meet the needs of our patients, staff, and volunteers. We can’t say THANK YOU enough for the progress that has already been made.
