Below is a short video series aimed at Grade 4 kids, all about how different habitats are homes – for animals! In these videos, we learn a little about how animals and plants in each of these habitats are connected and how they help to keep the environment healthy.
Below is a short video series aimed at Grade 6 students, all about how some of our native species cope with the cold and lack of food during winter. In these videos, we learn about a special adaptation called dormancy, which allows animals to enter states of torpor or hibernation!
